"Styx" WPLJ Radio Concert Sticker February 6th, 1980 MSG/Mint

Up for sale is my vintage "Styx" concert sticker in mint condition.  These stickers were promotional giveaways and were handed out on the evening of the concert and were finished being handed out when the show began at 8P.M.  They were issued in limited numbers and are considered rare since most people used these stickers by adhering them to notebooks, albums, cars, lockers and musical instrument cases to name a few.  Very few survive to this day.
The sponsor of these stickers was WPLJ 95.5 which was a popular local NYC rock radio station.  The venue was the world famous "Madison Square Garden" and the concert date which was a one day Sold Out event was , February 6th, 1980.   They still look as fresh as the day they were handed out 43 years ago.
The artwork is fantastic and the colors on this cloth material sticker are still bold, crisp and vivid.  This sticker is 3" X 5" inches.  These stickers are prized and highly sought after.  They will make an excellent addition to anyone's vintage rock concert memorabilia collection.
